By Decision No. 44 of 28.01.2016 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a Draft decision for definition, analysis and assessment of the wholesale market for voice call termination on individual mobile networks (Draft decision).

 

The Draft decision and the attachment to it (market analysis) are presented for comments by the stakeholders and are published on the CRC’s website in the section „Public consultations”.

The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) is carrying out an inquiry on the satisfaction of both natural and legal persons with the administrative service provided by the CRС. The inquiry aims to ensure better, faster and efficient administrative service.

Please submit your input by filling-in the questionnaire, prepared for the purposes of the inquiry.

The questionnaire is available as a hard copy at the CRС premises (Sofia, 6 Gurko str.) next to the office servicing the consumers of administrative services, at the CRC check-point as well as on the CRC’s website  under the section „For consumers”, subsection „Anketi”.

You can fill-in the questionnaire on the CRC’s website. You may submit the questionnaire filled-in as a hard copy in the special boxes for this purpose at the CRС premises (at the check-point and next to the office servicing the consumers of administrative services).

Mr. Veselin Bozhkov PhD, Chairman of the CRC to take over as Chairman of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) for 2016

Mr. Veselin Bozhkov PhD, Chairman of the CRC, is taking over as Chairman of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) for 2016. He is replacing at this position Feliksas Dobrovolskis, Director General of the Lithuanian Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT), who will be assuming, together with Prof. Angelo Marcello Cardani, President of the Italian Autorità per le garanzie nelle comunicazioni (AGCOM) the ERGP vice-chairmanship in 2016.

 

The ERGP is composed of the 28 national regulatory authorities (NRAs) for postal services of the EU, as well as national regulatory authorities from countries of the European Economic Area and countries with candidate status to join the EU. The ERGP’s tasks are to advise and assist the Commission in consolidating the internal market for postal services or any other matter related to postal services within its competence. Furthermore, the ERGP is advising on and assisting the Commission with the development of the internal market for postal services and as to the consistent application in all Member States of the regulatory framework for postal services.

 

CRC is actively involved in the activities of the ERGP. The unanimous election of the CRC’s Chairman at this high position is a recognition and high appreciation for the consistent contribution of the Bulgarian regulator to the realization of the ERGP mission and objectives.

The Reference Offer has been elaborated pursuant to the Ordinance for the general rules for mutual access to the networks of the postal operators providing universal postal service or part of it

By Decision No 575 of 26.11.2015 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision for coordination with instructions of a Reference Offer on the terms and conditions for access to the postal network of Bulgarian Posts EAD. The Reference Offer has been elaborated pursuant to the Ordinance for the general rules for mutual access to the networks of the postal operators providing universal postal service or part of it

By Decision No 575 of 26.11.2015 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision for coordination with instructions of a Reference Offer on the terms and conditions for access to the postal network of Bulgarian Posts EAD. The Reference Offer has been elaborated pursuant to the Ordinance for the general rules for mutual access to the networks of the postal operators providing UPS or part of it.

 

Considering that the CRC’s decision for coordination of the Reference Offer with instructions provides for changes in certain conditions and parameters of the Reference Offer, the CRC launches a public consultation procedure on the draft decision, containing the instructions elaborated.

 

The draft decision for coordination of the Reference Offer for access to the postal network of the Bulgarian Posts EAD has been submitted for consultation with the stakeholders and is available on CRC’s website under the section Public consultation.
