The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) is the National supervisory body, supervising trusted service providers in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, amended with Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 and Electronic document and electronic trust services act.
The Communication Regulation Commission provides or withdraws qualified status of the trust service providers and the trust services provided by them according to Art. 20 and 21 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, amended with Regulation (EU) 2024/1183.
CRC is also the body responsible for establishing, maintaining and publishing the national Trusted List pursuant to article 22(3) of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, amended with Regulation (EU) 2024/1183
Trust service providers entered in national Trusted List are: Borica AD, Evrotrust Technologies JSC, InfoNotary PLC, Information Services PLC and eDocs Bulgaria EOOD.
The Communications Regulation Commission is the national competent authority for the entities under Art. 4, item 3, letters "a" and "b" and Annex II, item 1 of the Cyber Security Act.
