By its Decision No 795 of 18.12.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision on amendment and supplement to Technical requirements for the operation of electronic communication networks of the radio broadcasting service and the related equipment.

By its Decision No 798 of 18.12.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission launched a public consultation procedure on a draft CRC’s Decision on determination of the requirements and the time-limits for provision of IP-based interconnection.

By its Decision № 712 of 06.11.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a Decision to continue the obligations for binding broadcasting of radio and television programmes imposed by § 3 (1) of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications of  the undertakings providing cable and satellite networks for broadcasting of radio and television programmes .

By its Decision № 714 of 06.11.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a Decision to continue the obligations for binding broadcasting of radio and television programmes imposed by the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications and the Law on Radio and Television of FIRST DIGITAL EAD, NURTS DIGITAL EAD and NURTS BULGARIA AD.

The Communications Regulation Commission published the radio frequency spectrum allocation in the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz frequency bands.
