The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a Decision to continue the obligations for binding broadcasting of radio and television programmes imposed by § 3 (1) of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications of the undertakings providing cable and satellite networks for broadcasting of radio and television programmes

 

By its Decision № 712 of 06.11.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a Decision to continue the obligations for binding broadcasting of radio and television programmes imposed by § 3 (1) of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications of  the undertakings providing cable and satellite networks for broadcasting of radio and television programmes .
