Tender documentation 

Tenders will be accepted weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the registration office of the Communications Regulation Commission, Sofia 1000, 6, Gourko str. until 5:30 p.m. on 25.09.2014.

Opening of tenders pursuant to art. 68, para 3 of Public Procurement Act will be held at 2 p.m. on 26.09.2014 in the building of the Communications Regulation Commission, Sofia 1000, 6, Gourko str.

By its Decision No 249 of 22.05.2014 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision on reviewing the obligations for binding broadcasting of radio and television programmes imposed by the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications and the Radio and Television Act on FIRST DIGITAL EAD, NURTS DIGITAL EAD and NURTS BULGARIA AD
