The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC/the Commission), adopted by its Decision 355 of 6 August  2015 a final decision for setting the requirements and terms for provision of IP based interconnection.

The decision, the table with the comments submitted to CRC by the stakeholders, including the position of the Commission on the suggestions and position of the European Commission, are published in the section Market regulation – electronic communications/Final decisions regarding imposed specific obligations.

The Communications Regulation Commission launches by Decision No. 363 of 06.08.2015  a public consultation procedure on the perspectives for use of radio frequency spectrum in the 2,6 GHz band.

By its Decision No. 319 of 23.07.2015 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft decision to amend and supplement the Technical requirements for operation of terrestrial networks permitting provision of electronic communications services.

By Decision No 281 of 25.06.2015 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision for coordination of a Reference Offer on the terms and conditions for access to the postal network of Bulgarian Posts EAD. The Reference Offer has been elaborated pursuant to the Ordinance for the general rules for mutual access to the networks of the postal operators providing UPS or part of it. Considering that the CRC’s decision for coordination of the Reference Offer is essential for the development of the competition on the postal services market, CRC launches a public consultation procedure on the draft Reference Offer under art. 15b of the Postal Services Act.

The draft decision for coordination of the Reference Offer for access to the postal network of the Bulgarian Posts EAD is submitted for consultation with the stakeholders and has been published on the CRC’s website under the section Public consultation.

By its Decision No. 249 of 1 June 2015 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a Draft Decision for adoption of the Regulatory policy for radio frequency spectrum management.

In connection with the amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications, the Commission for Personal Data Protection has updated and approved forms of the following documents:

·           Form for provision of summarized statistical information referred to in art. 261a, para 4 of the Law on Electronic Communications;

·            Protocol referred to in art. 251g, para 1 of the Law on Electronic Communications.
