By its Decision No 238/21.06.2018 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision on amendment and supplement to the General requirements for the provision of public electronic communications.

      By its Decision No 239 of 21.06.2018, the Communications Regulation Commission launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision for instructions on the published interconnection terms with mobile and fixed network of the undertakings under Decision No 356/23.06.2018 and Decision No 357/2017 of CRC. The draft instructions refers to the requirements for calling line identification and the procedures applied in case of established manipulation. The draft decision has been published for consultation with the stakeholders on CRC’s website under the section Public consultations.

By its Decision No. 218 of 07 June 2018 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRС) completed the public consultation procedure launched by Decision No. 146 of 12 April 2018 and approved the draft amendment to the Reference Interconnection Offer submitted by BTC.

The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) launched a public consultation procedure under Art. 37 of the Electronic Communications Act on a draft amendment to the Reference offer submitted by BTC and CRC’s position to modify the latter. The elaborated by CRC position in the form of a draft decision aims at ensuring effective implementation of the imposed on BTC specific obligations. The drafts of the decision  and the amendment to the Reference offer have been published on the Commission’s website – www.crc.bg under the section “Public consultations”.
