By Decision No 333 of 09.06.2016 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision on coordination of Attachments Nos 6, 7 and 7а to the Reference Offer on the terms and conditions for access to the postal network of Bulgarian Posts EAD. The Reference Offer has been elaborated pursuant to the Ordinance on the general rules for mutual access to the networks of the postal operators providing universal postal service or part thereof

The draft Decision on coordination of Attachments Nos 6, 7 and 7а to the Reference Offer for access to the postal network of the Bulgarian Posts EAD is submitted for consultation with the stakeholders and is published on the CRC’s website under the section Public consultations.
