By Decision No. 41 of 28.01.2016 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a Draft decision for definition, analysis and assessment of the wholesale market for call origination at a fixed location on public telephone networks and of the wholesale market for call termination at a fixed location on individual public telephone networks. CRC defined only the wholesale market for call termination at a fixed location on individual public telephone networks as a relevant market susceptible to ex ante regulation. The Draft reflects also the results of the first public consultation launched by CRC Decision No. 356 of 06.08.2015
The Draft market analysis is submitted for public consultation to the interested parties and is published on the CRC’s website under the Section "Public consultations" .
