The CRC’s Information system “Licensing and registers” has been distinguished as one of the best practices for 2012

 

The system “Licensing and registers” through which the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) now offers 39 online services on its portal has been highly appreciated at this year’s information event of the Operational Programme “Administrative capacity”. The new platform of the CRC has gained recognition as one of the five best practices ensuring maximum facilitation of the access of citizens and businesses to complex administrative services electronically.

 

In opening of the event the Deputy Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov expressed satisfaction with the work done on the programme, stressing that “this is the road to a modern and dynamic administration”.

 

From the CRC side the award was received by the Chairman of the Commission – Ph.D. Veselin Bozhkov. He thanked for the trust and the high estimation and assured that the efforts of the regulator will continue to be focused on the improvement of the administration’s work, the realization of effective policies, the provision of more quality services to the Bulgarian customers and business, as well as maximum increase in the professionalism, transparency and accountability in the CRC activity.

 

The CRC project has won also the prestigious international award for achievements using the modern IT technologies in the business and administration “Diskobolos” 2011. The system “Licensing and registers” has been included as well in the competitive catalogues of the European Institute for Public Administration and International Telecommunication Union.
