With Decision No 2017 of 04.10.2012 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Methodology for determination of the prices and price packages of the universal service (The Methodology).

 

The draft Methodology is elaborated by the CRC on the grounds of analysis aiming at determining the degree of affordability of prices for electronic communication services for voice telephony in Bulgaria taking into account the situation and the tendencies of the market in which scopes belongs the universal service.

 

The draft Methodology is presented for consideration to the stakeholders and is published on the Commission’s website under the section “Public consultations”.
