With Decision No 1631 of 19.07.2012 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a draft decision on definition, analysis and assessment of the retail market for leased lines, market of wholesale terminating segments of leased lines and market of wholesale trunk segments of leased lines after conducting a public consultation procedure.

 

With a view to the provisions of the Law on electronic communications the draft decision is sent for coordination to the European Commission, the Body of the European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the national regulatory authorities of the EU Member States.
