With its Decision No 1603 of 12 July 2012 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC/Commission) approved the introduced by the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company AD (BTC) draft Reference Offer for access to passive infrastructure with mandatory instructions for its amendment.
