With decision No 884 of 12.04.2012, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a draft Decision on definition of the market for call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location and market for call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location after a conducted public consultation procedure.

 

With a view to the provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications the draft decision is sent for comments to the European Commission, the Body of the European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the national regulatory authorities of the EU member states.
