With Decision No 142 of 26 January 2012 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft decision on definition, analysis and assessment of the Market for call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location and the Market for call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location after conducting a second public consultation procedure.

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Electronic Communications the draft decision is sent to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the National Regulatory Authorities of the EU member states for comments.
