In connection with the implementation of the effective Law on amendment and supplement to the Law on electronic communications (LEC) promulgated in SG, issue 105 of 29.12.2012, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) informs that pursuant to Art. 35, par. 8 and 9 of the LEC, the Commission will publish the draft agendas, minutes and decisions of the meetings on its website (http://crc.bg/section.php?id=23&lang=bg) with the exception of the protected by the Law information. Thus, one more mechanism for ensuring the utmost transparency in the activity of the regulator is provided.
