By Decision No 104 of 27.01.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted draft decisions on amendment to the:

1. Functional specifications for implementing portability of geographic numbers in the event of change of the provider of the fixed telephone service and/or change of the address within one geographic national destination code;
2. Functional specifications for implementing portability of national significant numbers in the event of change of the provider of public mobile telephone service;
3. Functional specifications for implementing portability of non-geographic numbers in the event of change of the respective service provider and launched a public consultation under Art. 36 of the Law on electronic communications.

 

The drafts are published on the CRC’s website – www.crc.bg under the section “Public consultations”. The interested persons may send their written opinions within 30 days from the date of the present publication to the following address: 6 Gurko str., Sofia, Communications Regulation Commission.
