By Decision No 144 of 03.02.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission (the CRC) adopted Draft Methodology for calculating the net cost of universal postal service provision. The draft is elaborated in reference to the entry into force of the Law on amendment and supplement to the Postal Services Act (promulgated SG issue 102 from 2010).
