A reception-room for consumers of mobile services opens doors in Sofia

 

With reference to the great number of complaints by consumers of mobile services in Bulgaria that have been received in the Communications Regulation Commission (the CRC) and the Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP), both institutions jointly with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) open a reception-room for citizens, who encounter difficulties in their relations with the mobile operators.

 

The reception-room opens doors on the World Day of the Consumer – 15th of March, at 9:30 h. at the premises of the CCP at the following address: 4A, Slaveykov sqr., floor 3 and will work till 16:00 h. Experts from the CRC, the CCP, the CPDP and the three mobile operators will respond to questions of the consumers.

 

The aim of the initiative is the Bulgarian consumers to receive consultations and assistance on problems related to the mobile services, as well as to improve the communication between the society, the institutions and the undertakings providing electronic communication services.
