The discussions during the conference will also be a natural continuation of the CRC’s long lasting activity towards a provision of utmost quality electronic communications services at competitive prices for the Bulgarian citizens.

Among them are representatives of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), heads and leading experts of regulatory authorities, esteemed consultants from the telecommunication sector, who will exchange ideas, practices and advices used in the field of electronic communications.

FRATEL is established in 2003 in Bamako, Mali. Its members are the national communications regulators from the Francophone Countries. The wide scope of the network provides a unique possibility for cooperation between the regulators in a regional, European and worldwide scale.

The CRC is a co-founder and a full member of FRATEL since its establishment. Since 2011 the CRC has taken over the functions of Chairman of FRATEL for a period of one year and is a part of the Coordination Committee that governs the regulatory network.
