By Decision No 458 of 05.05.2011, the Communication Regulation Commission adopted Draft amendment to the System for postal codes formation in the network of the postal operator obliged to provide the universal postal service. The draft is elaborated in connection with amendments to the Postal Services Act (State Gazette issue 102 of 2010, in force from 30.12.2010).
