By its Decision No 515 of 19.05.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted Draft Ordinance on the requirements to the algorithms for creation and verification of qualified electronic signature that is sent for coordination in accordance with Art. 32 of the Rules for Organization of the Council of Ministers and its administration.
