By Decision No 608 of 23 June 2011, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a Draft Ordinance on the rules for provision of access to the network of the postal operator obliged to provide the universal postal service and the price formation rules for providing the access. The draft is elaborated with reference to amendments to the Postal Services Act (SG, issue 102/2010, effective from 30.12.2010).
