By its Decision No 614 of 29.06.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a  Draft Ordinance on amendment and supplement to the Ordinance on the activity of the certification service providers, the terms and procedures for its termination and the requirements for provision of certification services, which is sent for coordination pursuant to Art. 32 of the Rules for the Structure of the Council of Ministers and its administration.
