The CRC carried out a second round of market analysis of voice call termination on individual mobile networks.

 

The draft market analysis is provided for public consultation to the interested parties and is published on the CRC’s website under the section “Public consultation”.

 

The results of the carried out analysis show that the wholesale market of voice call termination on mobile networks is susceptible to ex-ante regulation, as the three mobile undertakings in the country – “The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company” AD, “Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile” EAD and “Mobiltel” EAD are determined as SMP undertakings on the relevant market covering their own mobile network.
