With its Decision No. 956/06.10.2011 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) announced intention to issue authorization for use of individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for carrying out electronic communications through electronic communications network from the fixed radio service for broadband wireless access (BWA) – 40 MHz (in the radio frequency band 3424,00 to 3466 MHz).
