By Decision No 705 of 4 August 2011 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) announces its intention to issue authorisation for the use of individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for the provision of public electronic communications through terrestrial mobile network – UMTS with national coverage, using individually assigned scarce resource from the radio frequency spectrum – 2 x 15 MHz in the 2 GHz range
