By decision No 1118 of 07.10.2010 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a Draft Methodology for determination of the prices affordability of the universal postal service. The Draft was elaborated in connection with the Law for amendment and supplement to the Postal Services Act (promulgated SG, issue 87/2009).
