By decision No 996 of 09.09.2010 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted new Draft Norms for determination of the density of the points for access to the postal network of the postal operator having the obligation to provide the universal postal service so that to correspond to the number and density of the consumers’ needs (Norms), due to essential changes in the Draft Norms, adopted by Decision No 651 of 10.06.2010, occurred as a result of the carried out consultation
