By decision No 979 of 02.09.2010, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a Draft Tariff for the charges collected by the CRC for 2011 under the Law on electronic communications according to the Enclosure. The draft is elaborated in connection with the provisions of Chapter eight of the LEC. The changes underlying in the draft are not significant in comparison with the valid Tariff and these changes aim at eliminating some existing contradictions in the practical application of the rules of the Tariff as well as at stimulating the undertakings to develop their networks and the electronic communications services they offer.

 

In accordance with the LEC and pursuant to Art. 36, para. 1 and para. 2, of the Law, the regulator launches a public consultation procedure.

 

The proposals and comments on the draft Tariff for the charges collected by the Communications Regulation Commission for 2011 under the LEC, submitted within the deadline, will be considered by the CRC.
