According to the Law for the electronic document and electronic signature, the adoption and the issue of electronic documents signed with universal electronic signature as well as the order and the format for carrying and storage is governed by internal rules of the relevant government authority. On this basis, with the finalization of activity 6 the drafting by qualified external experts and the adoption of the CRC’s Internal rules for adoption, issuance and storage of electronic documents signed with electronic signature has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the Law for the electronic document and electronic signature. Thus the document flow when using e-documents has been regulated, as well as the provision of electronic administrative services in accordance with the requirements of the e-Government Act. Based on these Internal rules will be developed instructions for work with each information system in CRC.
