By decision № 652 of 10.06.2010, the Communications Regulation Commission adopted Draft norms for determining the density of the points of access to the postal network of the postal operator entrusted with the obligation to provide the universal postal service so that to correspond to the number and density of the users’ needs. The draft was developed in relation to the entering into force of the Law on amendment and supplement to the Law on postal services (promulgated SG, issue 87/2009).
