By Decision № 580 of 27.05.2010 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted the Draft Criteria for difficult-to-access regions in the country and settlements within them. The draft was developed in relation to the enforcement of the Law on amendment and supplement to the Postal services Act (promulgated SG issue 87/2009).
