Commission issued 101 permissions, according to the available free scarce resource to “TV7” EAD, “TV 2” EOOD, “Television Europe” AD, “M.CAT” EOOD, “EVROCOM NATIONAL CABLE TV” OOD.

 

The decision was announced by the Chairman of CRC Mr. Veselin Bozhkov, PhD today within the international media forum “Mediamex”, which is held in Albena resort.

 

The permissions are issued on the basis of § 5, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the LEC and the promulgated in SG Rules for the order for issuing permissions for using individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for carrying out electronic communications through electronic communications networks for terrestrial analogue radio broadcasting of television signals.

 

Documents for participation in the procedure were submitted by 16 companies, and 15 of them have responded to the requirements of article 3 of the Rules – the permissions to be issued by CRC only after the receiving of a positive opinion from CEM. The CEM has pronounced with a negative opinion regarding “Telecable” AD.
