CRC has notified the Commission of its final decisions on the first three electronic communications market analysis
On 25th of March 2009, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) notified the European Commission (EC) of the first three final decisions on market analyses, after taking into consideration the recommendations received from the EC.
These final decisions include voice call termination on individual mobile networks, call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location and call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location markets.
The notified final decisions together with the market analyses and summarized results of the public consultations with the Commission on Protection of Competition and the EC are published in the "Market Regulation - Electronic Communications” section.
