The Communications Regulation Commission by Decision No238 of 20.03.2009 (available only in Bulgarian) announces an intention (available only in Bulgarian) to carry out a contest for issuance of an authorization for use of an individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for operation of electronic communications through two national electronic communications networks for terrestrial digital broadcasting according to the First stage of the Plan for introduction of terrestrial digital television broadcasting (DVB-T) in the Republic of Bulgaria (The Plan), adopted by the Council of Ministers.
