With Decision № 389 of 17 April 2008 and pursuant to Article 91, para 1 of the Law on Electronic Communications, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) announces an intention to grant a right of use for individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for provision of public electronic communications through mobile terrestrial network under GSM standard with national coverage, when using individually assigned scarce resource of the radio frequency spectrum – 2 x 5 MHz in the range 1800 MHz.

 

      The persons, wishing to apply for granting individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum - 2 х 5 MHz in the range 1800 MHz, may file application personally or through a representative, authorized by explicit notarized power-of-attorney, every working day from 9:00 to 17:30 at the Registry’s office of CRC or by post with registered letter at the following address: 1000 Sofia, 6 Gurko Str., within 21 days, as of the date of the present publication.
