The Communications Regulation Commission raised its key issues at a discussion held yesterday (29.01.2020) with postal operators, representatives of the Commission for Consumer Protection, the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and business stakeholders.

 The purpose of the meeting was to present European regulatory changes and discuss sub normative draft documents in the field of postal services. Participants raised questions regarding the accessibility of postal services, as well as the provision of procedures to facilitate operators in the occurrence of claims.

 Participants of the meeting agreed that the regulatory and supervisory bodies should work closely to provide quality and affordable services on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. To this end, it is necessary to improve the dialogue and to initiate regular workshops between all stakeholders.
