By Decision No 405 of 31.10.2019 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision on amendment and supplement to the General requirements for carrying out public electronic communications (promulgated in SG, issue 24 of 2008). The draft Decision is adopted pursuant to Art. 73 of the Electronic Communications Act.
