The Communications Regulation Commission held a working meeting with mobile operators
A working meeting with representatives of the mobile operators took place on 14th of August 2019 at the Communications Regulation Commission. The purpose of the meeting was to increase the level of consumer satisfaction with the service and quality of the electronic communications services offered by mobile operators.
In the course of the discussion current issues about submitted signals to the regulator were discussed with a view of taking measures for solving identified irregularities and finding new solutions.
The meeting participants were engaged in a dialogue to discuss options for improving the quality of customer service in the retail network and call-centres. In regards to the Roaming the campaign held by CRC and mobile operators aimed at raising consumer awareness and transparency in providing roaming services as effective means of addressing the problems in that area will continue. The relevant rules for sending marketing and advertising messages will also be respected.
The meeting, which lasted for more than an hour, remained open for continuation of the working dialogue on the issues raised as well as for exchange of information and monitoring of the results of the actions taken.
