The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) adopted Guidelines on Intra-EU communications. The Guidelines have been published on the BEREC website https://berec.europa.eu/ and on the CRC’s website under the section Areas of regulation, subsection Regulated communications within the European Union.
