CRC is inviting all interested parties to submit indicative proposals for price and duration of the preparatory phase of “Measuring of the “end-to-end” transit time for single piece priority and non-priority domestic mails and postal items in the network of the postal operator having an obligation to perform the universal postal service in 2020”, in accordance with the requirements contained in the attached specification.

The indicative proposals are accepted at CRC's Registry Office every working day from 09h00 to 17h30. The hour of receipt is the time indicated on the issued Reference No. The deadline for the submission is 14.12.2018. You can find detailed information here (only in Bulgarian language).
