The signature took place in the margin of the international conference entitled "Communications, Results, Connectivity", organized by the CRC on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its establishment.

The initiative is a continuation of the Commission's policy for development and deepening the interaction with national regulators from the EU Member States.

The document for cooperation between Bulgaria and Austria is also in line with the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the ambitious common programme of the Trio.
