By its Decision No 422/11.10.2018 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted Draft Instructions for cooperation between the Communications Regulation Commission, the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission and the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications in carrying out the control over provision of access under the Law on Electronic Communication Networks and Physical Infrastructure in accordance with the Appendix to the Decision, as well as launched a public consultation procedure on the draft.
