By its Decision No 405 of 27.09.2018 the Communications Regulation Commission adopted a draft Decision on amendment and supplement to the Methodology for definition, analysis and assessment of the relevant markets and the criteria for designation of undertakings having significant market power adopted by CRC’s Decision No 2076 of 23.10.2012 (the Methodology).

 

The draft has been elaborated by CRC and approved by the Commission for Protection of Competition in line with the updated and published on 07.05.2018 in the European Union’s Official Journal EC’s Guidelines on market analysis and the Explanatory Note to them and in accordance with the general principles of the competition law and the EU’s law.

 

The draft decision on amendment and supplement to the Methodology has been submitted for consultation with the stakeholders and has been published on the Commission’s website under the section Public consultation.
