By Decision No 610 of 07.12.2017 CRC launched a public consultation procedure on a draft Decision for establishing guidelines on the published interconnection terms and conditions of the mobile networks of the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company EAD, Mobiltel EAD and Telenor Bulgaria EAD. The CRC’s draft decision provides guidelines to the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company EAD, Mobiltel EAD and Telenor Bulgaria EAD on their published standard interconnection terms. For the sake of clarity of relations, the undertakings shall publish the specific requirements obliging the transit operators to implement preventive measures and traffic blocking in cases of calls with manipulated calling-line identification (CLI).Further, the specific requirements shall be published according to which the contracting parties cooperate and interact in cases of transfer of traffic with manipulated CLI. While determining the preventive measures, the undertakings may introduce some or all of the contractual obligations stipulated in point 2 of the draft decision.
