The Communications Regulation Commission by decision № 349 of 11 March 2010, announces an intention to hold a contest for granting a right of use of individually assigned scarce resource – radio frequency spectrum for provision of electronic communications through electronic communication network for digital terrestrial broadcasting, designed for broadcasting of programs of public operators according to the envisaged stages and deadlines of the plan for introduction for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting (DVB-T) in the Republic of Bulgaria, adopted by the CoM (Council of Ministers).
