      The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) by Decision No 213 of 18 February 2010 adopted a Draft decision for definition of the market for transit services in the fixed public telephone networks as non-susceptible to ex-ante regulation. The draft decision takes into account the input received from the public consultation conducted in accordance with CRC Decision No 1440 of 10 December 2009.

 

      In accordance with Art. 42, para. 1 and para. 3 and art. 151, para. 5 of the LEC, the Draft decision is notified to the European Commission and to the National Regulatory Authorities of the EU Member States.
