The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) by Decision № 2307 dated November 20, 2008 adopted a draft decision for market definition of the relevant markets: Access to the public telephone network at a fixed location for residential customers, Access to the public telephone network at a fixed location for non-residential customers, Publicly available local and/or national telephone services provided at a fixed location for residential customers, Publicly available international telephone services provided at a fixed location for residential customers, Publicly available local and/or national telephone services provided at a fixed location for non-residential customers and Publicly available international telephone services provided at a fixed location for non-residential customers; for definition of SMP undertakings and imposition of obligations on those undertakings.
