CRC is inviting all interested parties to submit indicative offers for price of „Inspection of application of the cost allocation system by „Bulgarian Posts” ЕАD and audit of the submitted documents, related to the calculation of the net costs for provision of the universal postal service in 2018”, in accordance with the requirements set out in the enclosed specification.

The indicative offers are accepted at CRC’s Registry Office every working day from 09h00 to 17h30. The hour of acceptance is the one of the issued reference number. Deadline for submission - 11.03.2019. Detailed information can be found here (only in Bulgarian Language).
